Scott Taylor had been investing in real estate since 2005 and was successful in turning $125,0000 into $100,000 in debt! He had thought that having a masters in Computer Science qualified him as a real estate investor, but he learned the hard way, that was not the case. In 2010, Scott became a member of Greater Dayton REIA so he could learn how to succeed as a real estate investor. In August 2013, Scott spoke at Greater Dayton REIA on the topic of Resolving debt, where he shared his story of resolving most of the debt he had acquired as a real estate investor and how he was beginning to invest again following wise council.
Professionally, Scott supports the United States Airforce at Wright Patterson Airforce base as a Software Engineer. He is married to his wife Laura of 32 years and has four adult children. Scott currently has investments in publicly traded stocks, single family homes, notes and multiple private LLCs. Scott is currently a Board Member of Greater Dayton REIA, the current Ohio Professional Housing Provider Chair and is a member of the Video Committee.
