Saturday Investors Networking Group
Looking for a connection among local real estate investors? Seeking a way to learn about the field from people who know the territory?
Like to meet your friends over a leisurely Saturday morning breakfast?
If your answer is “yes” – you might really enjoy GDREIA’s Saturday Investors Networking Group. This longstanding, once-a-month gathering is a great opportunity to discuss your plans and get answers to your questions.
The informal gathering begins at 9:00 am (every third Saturday) at the Frisch’s restaurant in Moraine (4830 S. Dixie Drive). The biggest decisions an attendee needs to confront at the meeting are where to sit and what to order for breakfast.
Even if you arrive late, there is still plenty of reason to show up, as this writer can attest. In the hour or so my wife and I spent with a few stragglers from the group, we had great conversations and learned a lot about a number of things – not all real-estate related. One member told of his challenges in caring for an aging parent – a subject my wife and I had a lot to share about. Others told of their recent experiences with tenants and contractors. We also learned some new things about investing in shared housing for seniors.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a novice investor or a seasoned landlord or house rehabber – you’ll find something to like at SING. You’ll get the opportunity to share one-on-one – something of a rarity in larger meetings.
All that, just for the price of breakfast.
