ANIMAL INCOME
By Jeffery Taylor "Mr. Landlord"

The following numbers are crazy good and shared by one of our website regular contributors: "Just for fun I tallied our animal income. We promote animals on our homes. We have 87 animals registered in our homes. I thought the number would be much higher. With the '2 Minute In-Home Visit' and carpet-free housing, I cannot recall the last time in YEARS we had an animal issue or damage. For those interested in profit, check out the math because it’s ALL profit: $150 Non-Refundable Animal Registration Fee per animal· $35 per month per animal. Time to promote for more animals!!"

Thanks Brad 20,000(IN) for sharing. To see the full discussion, including the total animal income Brad received for a year (or to ask Brad a specific question regarding how he is able to effectively handle animal damage or issues), click here now.

Also be sure to check out the complete lease Brad uses (and more), which covers Animals and several more rental clauses (i.e, Pet Registration, Early Lease Termination Release Fee, etc), all of which saves or adds tens of thousands of dollars to his annual income. Keep moving forward and continue to make the most of the assets God gives you!
