PPP recipients will have fewer federal deductions

The IRS has issued a draft Form 941, for use beginning in the second quarter of 2020. The updated form includes credits from both the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus, Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES) Act.
Employers seeking to utilize any of the following benefits should submit the updated Form 941 Click Here for more information on:
- Expanded emergency sick leave tax credit for qualified wages (refundable; FFCRA)
- Expanded family medical leave tax credit for qualified wages (refundable; FFCRA)
- Employee retention tax credit (refundable; CARES Act)
- FICA deferral (CARES Act)
