HUD Proposes Revised Disparate Impact RuleBY BRAD BECKETT ON AUGUST 19, 2019 The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently announced a proposed rule amending HUD’s interpretation of the Fair Housing Act’s disparate impact standard.
