The Greater Dayton Investors Association Annual Trade Show Targets Homeowners and Residential Property Investors.
Everyone has plenty to do around their house. Cleaning, repairing and painting come to mind. It might also be time for something more ambitious – like new flooring or a kitchen and bath renovation.There was something for everyone -- whether you’re a homeowner looking for the best way to make repairs, a landlord with properties to maintain, or someone who wants to learn about repair or renovation projects before hiring a contractor. Vendors demonstrated the latest trends, innovations, solutions and products in the field of property renovation, repair and maintenance. Plus attendees enjoyed free hors d’oeuvres and great door prizes. No matter what’s ahead at your house this year, you learned a lot about the latest trends, techniques and materials at the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association Trade Show.
