A Greater Dayton REIA Membership Benefit at Home Depot

Are you considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation in one or more of your properties?
If your plans include new kitchen or bathroom cabinetry, you’ll want to learn more about a special deal available via National REIA at Home Depot.
 
National REIA has a special discount arrangement with Home Depot for its Hampton Bay cabinets. Since Greater Dayton REIA is a National REIA affiliate, your Greater Dayton REIA membership makes you eligible for the deal.
 
J.C. Auner and Gary Konschak, both regional managers for the cabinetmaker, paid a visit to Greater Dayton REIA’s First Wednesday meeting for November (11/1/17) to tell us more about it.
 
The Hampton Bay cabinets discount program, they explained, includes 31 styles and accessories stocked by Home Depot stores – plus and additional 74 styles available via special order. They come assembled and ready to install, in a variety of colors and finishes, they said.
 
“The line offers quality features at budget-friendly prices,” Auner told the meeting. 
 
Select styles ship in as little as 48 hours, with others available to ship within 14 days, he said.
 
The program provides a 15 percent discount for a first purchase, with a 10 percent discount for future purchases, said Konschak. “With bulk pricing for larger purchases, the discount can grow to 20 percent off,” he added.
 
These are discounts exclusively available to National REIA members, the speakers told the group.
 
You can also request kitchen design plans through DesignConnect – Home Depot’s in-house design group, Auner said. “If you request a plan, you’re likely to receive it within 48 hours,” he said.
