What is OPHP

Candice Peace is an attorney and tax advisor who serves private, family-owned businesses. From the establishment of a business to its ultimate ownership transition, business owners need solid tax planning advice – and Candy is well-qualified to provide it. Candy’s expertise includes strategies to minimize the burdens of both business and personal taxes. She provides expert advice on business transaction structuring, estate planning, and managing family transitions of wealth and business ownership.

 

A graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Candy earned an MBA and a degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.

 

Prior to joining Clark Schaefer Hackett, Candy spent six years as an agent with the Internal Revenue Service.
